Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
